I am currently experiencing the second big change in my work place since the autumn. Our whole unit structure is being rethought and reorganized; and this is not the end of the change. The cool thing is that this situation has brought a few empowering things to light.
As we close in on the end of 2012 and the start of 2013, I have been thinking about setting my intentions for the year ahead. I have settled on three: Keep it simple; Practice gratitude; Create clarity.
